2004 – Poetry readings in conjunction with my poetry magazine, Neon Highway.
Organised live readings at Liverpool Central Library in the Hornby Room. The events were funded by the Arts Council for Liverpool Central Library. I continued to put on readings with guest poets at Liverpool Museum Planetarium, The Walker Art Gallery, The Bluecoat, 33-45 club and Tate Liverpool. Guest poets were Geraldine Monk, Robert Shepard, Dave Ward, Allen Fisher, Bill Griffiths, Alan Halsey, Lawrence Upton, Steve Sneyd and many more. Readings involved people published in and outside Neon Highway Magazine, the aim being to bring together local as well as guest writers from further afield.

Poets and musicians play and read text and thoughts concerning The Wall Street Crash, 1929. Poems will be a response to artists and their work throughout The Fifth Floor project concerning the credit crunch and present day Liverpool.
